THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED TO FOR PLAY BY RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

Promotion Overview: This promotion offers eligible individuals who have completed the Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge on Strava the opportunity to enter for a chance to win one entry to one of the eight (8) 2027 Abbott World Marathon Majors (i.e. the Tokyo Marathon, the Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America, the TCS London Marathon, the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, the TCS Sydney Marathon, collectively the “2027 Abbott World Marathon Majors”), the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and the TCS New York City Marathon) (full prize details are set forth in Section 8 below). Winners are responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses in connection with the prize.

Eligibility: The Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge Strava Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of August 10, 2026 and who have successfully completed one (1) Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge. (each, an “Eligible Person”) Additionally, for those that select the 2027 Boston Marathon as their race of choice during the Sweepstakes entry process, to be eligible, entrant must have completed a full marathon distance race prior to entry into the Sweepstakes and will be required to submit proof of the same if they are selected as a winner, as further set forth in Section 7 below.. Employees, contractors, agents, directors and officers of Abbott Laboratories, The Specialized Marketing Group, Inc., all other advertising or other vendors involved in the Sweepstakes, and any of their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor: Abbott Laboratories, 100 Abbott Park Road, Abbott Park IL 60064 (“Sponsor”). Administrator: The Specialized Marketing Group, Inc., 775 Waukegan Road, Suite #201, Deerfield IL 60015 (“Administrator”).

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on August 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, as outlined below:

Entry Method #: 1 Download the Strava App: During the Sweepstakes Period, download the Strava mobile app (“App”), to your mobile device, if you haven’t already done so. Registration for a Strava account is free (i.e., no purchase is required to enter the Challenge or the Sweepstakes). Strava’s Terms of Service apply, found at https://www.strava.com/legal/terms. For clarity, while Strava offers paid subscription options, a paid Strava subscription is not required to participate in the Challenge or this Sweepstakes. Then, follow the links and instructions to join and complete the Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge by completing at least 200 minutes of physical activity during the Sweepstakes Period. The 200 minutes of physical activity can be split across multiple workouts, which must be logged during the Sweepstakes Period in the App. Following completion of the Challenge, you will receive a Strava notification or communication containing a link to the Sweepstakes entry form. Upon completion of the Challenge, participants must complete and submit the entry form by providing their contact details and any prize fulfillment information requested and agree to the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.

Note: Participation in physical activities has inherent risks. Each participant is responsible for assessing their ability to participate in any Abbott Miles to Majors activities and is solely responsible for all risks related to such participation.

Entry Method #2 – Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without completing the Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge in the Strava App, during the Sweepstakes Period, hand-print your first name, last name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to: Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge Sweepstakes, TSMGI, 775 Waukegan Rd., Suite 201, Deerfield IL 60015, Attn: Ari Cooper. AMOE entries must be postmarked by October 12, 2026 and received by October 14, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person. AMOE entries will be pooled with all other eligible entries for the random drawing. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. : By following one (1) of the foregoing instructions, Eligible Person shall receive will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry (the “Entry”). Upon submission of an Entry, Eligible Person will be entered into the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entrant”). You may enter the Abbott Miles to Majors Challenge one (1) time each during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Limit: the maximum number of Sweepstakes entries that any Eligible Person may receive during the Sweepstakes Period is one (1) regardless of method of entry. All Entries must be entered and received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. In case of dispute as to the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to submit the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person assigned the email address by the applicable email provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the Entrant to register for this Sweepstakes. If any additional information provided by Entrant is inconsistent with the information provided at registration for this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may disqualify such Entrant and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from Entrant to show proof of Entrant’s identity.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. Entrants who do not follow all of the instructions, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Carefully read these Official Rules. By submitting an Entry, Each Entrant participating in the Sweepstakes must comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor’s, including the Sponsor’s interpretation of these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By submitting an Entry, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

Prize Drawing: Eight One (18) potential winners will be selected in a eight random drawings, based on selected race preference, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor by end of day on October 16, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email to the email address provided in the entry form on or around October 20, 2026. In the event that the first entry form selected is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or if the person who submitted the first entry form does not respond within seven (7) days of prize notification, or if the person is ineligible or fails to return any Sponsor-required documentation within seven (7) days of notification, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements of this Official Rules, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winner may be required to provide their name, home mailing address (P.O. Boxes may not be permitted), and date of birth to confirm eligibility in order to claim the prize Each potential winner will be required to sign and return prize claim documents, including an IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation, which must be received by Administrator within 7 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. All decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator are final and binding. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.

AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, EVEN IF NOTIFIED BY ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR, UNLESS AND UNTIL POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

Additional Winner Requirements – Boston Marathon:

Winners who select the Boston Marathon as their preferred prize race may be required to provide satisfactory proof that they have previously completed a full marathon (26.2 miles / 42.195 kilometers). Acceptable forms of proof may include, but are not limited to:

An official race results page or link to official results showing the participant’s name and marathon completion. An official finisher’s certificate issued by the race organizer. An official finisher’s record or results confirmation provided by the race organizer. A screenshot or PDF of official race results that clearly identifies the participant and marathon completion. Other documentation deemed acceptable by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any documentation submitted and to request additional information or documentation if necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of marathon completion within ten (10) days of being contacted the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the Boston Marathon prize selection.

Prizes: – There will be a total of eight (8) prizes (each, a “Prize”) awarded. Each Prize consists of one (1) entry to one of the eight (8) 2027 Abbott World Marathon Majors races, based on the race selection in the Sweepstakes entry form with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $350.00. Total ARV of all Prizes is $2,800.00,. Prize does not include travel, accommodation, per diem or any other item or benefit.

LIMIT: One (1) Prize per person. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of Prize will be made except as expressly provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV may be as of date of printing of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value. The difference in value of the Prize as stated herein and value at time of Prize notification or delivery, if any, will not be awarded. Prize will be mailed directly to each respective winner at the mailing address provided during entry. Prizes are typically shipped within four (4) weeks after winner verification. Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Assumption of Risk. Participation in physical activities, including any Abbott World Marathon Majors race, involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or death. Each participant is solely responsible for evaluating their own fitness and ability to participate in any Abbott World Marathon Majors race and related activities, and expressly assumes all risks associated with such participation. Each Abbott World Marathon Majors race is independently owned, organized, and administered by the applicable race organizer, and Sponsor and Administrator shall have no responsibility or liability for (i) the conduct, operation, or conditions of any such event, (ii) any modification, postponement, or cancellation of any such event, or (iii) any acts or omissions of any race organizer or other third party. Sponsor expressly disclaims, and each participant hereby releases Sponsor from, any and all liability arising out of or related to participation in any Abbott World Marathon Majors race, including without limitation any bodily injury, illness, or death. Additionally, there exists an inherent risk of exposure to communicable illness in any public setting. By traveling to and attending any Abbott World Marathon Majors race, each participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.

Taxes: Any valuation of the Prize as stated above is based on available information provided to Sponsor. The value of the Prize will be taxable to winner as income. Each Prize winner is solely responsible for (i) all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations, and for any fees or costs associated with the Prize, and (ii) reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Sponsor will not provide any assistance toward a winner’s tax obligations. Winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a signed IRS Form W-9 before the Prize will be awarded. United States residents that win $600 or more in Prizes will have income reported to them on IRS Form 1099, as required under IRS rules and a copy of said form will be sent to the IRS. You must contact your own tax advisor for any questions concerning taxes.

Additional Prize Terms: Sponsor may, in its discretion, film and/or photograph winners during the Grand Prize Abbott World Marathon Major race (“Prize Footage”). All Prize Footage will be owned by Sponsor as set forth in the Publicity section below. Sponsor has no obligation to film Prize Footage or to use any Prize Footage that is filmed. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any race and race entry cannot be deferred in the event of injury. By traveling and attending a Grand Prize Abbott World Marathon Majors race, winners voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illness..

Odds: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Release: Each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).

10. Publicity: Participation in the Sweepstakes shall constitute and signify each Entrant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the participant’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, voice, opinions, and/or prize information and Prize Footage (if applicable) in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may also modify the prizes offered. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the registration process, or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in the internet, phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (d) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the uploading of registrations, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable registrations or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST INCLUDING THE PRIZES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Indemnification: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, contractors and each of their respective members, employees, agents, attorneys and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands and/or judgments whatsoever, due to or arising out of: (a) your submission of a registration form, use of the website or participation in a race; (b) your breach of these Official Rules; and/or (c) your violation of any rights of another individual or entity. The provisions of this section are for the benefit of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and each of their respective members, employees, agents, attorneys and/or other partners. Each of these individuals and entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its behalf.

14. Disputes: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS OR THE APPROPRIATE ILLINOIS STATE COURT LOCATED IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.

15. Participant’s Personal Information: Information collected from participant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

16. Winner List: For a winner list, please email abbottrunners@tsmgi.com with the subject “Abbott Miles to Majors Strava Challenge Sweepstakes” with your request. The winner list will be available after winner confirmation is complete until December 1, 2026. Requests received after December 1, 2026 will not be honored.
